1091 Industrial is a new life sciences building for the growing biotech and medical research market in San Carlos, CA. The lighting for the building exterior was carefully crafted to enhance the wood and metal cornice. The plaza features a three-story atrium space featuring a glass curtain wall shaded with terracotta louvers bathed in warm light. Patio areas in the back provide tenents with amenity break areas.
